A new ADU wraps around the pool complete with an outdoor kitchen on one side and an outdoor shower on the other.
Piper Residence
A beautiful, modern farmhouse located in Healdsburg, California. Townsend Residential Design, in a design/build partnership with Lucero Kline, created an open and livable house plan, perfect for entertaining. This house thoughtfully blends entertaining spaces, natural light, and privacy; the perfect backdrop for the wine country lifestyle.
University Residence
A contemporary home designed for the Healdsburg lifestyle. The University Residence has the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living, without sacrificing privacy. Townsend Residential Design, in a design/build partnership with Holly Construction, reimagined a property that formerly consisted of a dilapidated home and unusable yard space. Our architectural design created a home plan that flows seamlessly into an expansive outdoor entertaining space complete with a heated covered patio, a large pool with an integrated spa, and a guest house.
