Townsend Residential Design, in a design/build partnership with Lucero Kline, creatively implemented a remodel design to bring modern living to a traditional space. The former home consisted of two unconnected floors, making living in the home difficult. We redesigned both floors, creating a beautiful sunlit staircase which leads to a new master suite with exceptional views of Healdsburg and Fitch Mountain. From cramped and dark, to wide open and bright, a thoughtfully designed remodel has made this home a Healdsburg jewel for the next 100 years.
