The Piper Street project began with one of Healdsburg's finest Victorian homes and a clear mandate: honor the architecture while completely rethinking how the house lives. Over a century old, the home had good bones and exceptional exterior character. What it lacked was the connection to the outdoors, the flow between spaces, and the level of finish that its setting deserved.

The remodel transformed the interior into a series of beautifully proportioned rooms, each with its own distinct character. The formal dining room with its dramatic dark walls and sculptural gold chandelier, the bright kitchen with its clean white cabinetry and brass accents, the intimate living room anchored by a bold art collection — together they create a home that feels curated and alive, deeply personal without being precious.

A detached outbuilding was remodeled into a one-bedroom ADU with a vaulted shiplap ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous sliding glass door that connects the bedroom directly to the pool and outdoor living area. A new pool and pergola complete the compound, creating an outdoor room that functions as a true extension of the home.
